communicate with the world.
Web Site usually contains some documentation you want other people to
read about you, your companys products or services. More advanced web sites may contain
ordering systems which collect orders information from your clients who visit your website
from any where in the world; and also it can collect money from your clients and transfer it
to your local bank account.

|
Why should I have a web site for my company? |
If you feel that your company misses some power to interact with your

most companies in your business possess their own website but you dont, so you are in
need of having a web site for your business.

How will you promote the
site? |
Every web surfer, from
neophyte to industry pro, knows the single most important step in effective web site promotion
is making sure your web site is listed with the major search engines and indexes!
Anyone that is seriously trying to build traffic to their web
site is using web site marketing in some form or another - an e-mail signature, a newsletter,
reciprocal links, banner ads or any other tricks for getting people to visit your web site.
Now you can set up campaigns for every new web site promotion and traffic building idea you
come up with and track the effectiveness of each! Then, simply do more of what works and less
of what doesn't! It's a simple concept, but the effect on your web site promotion is
tremendous!!!
The first thing to do is to place one of our banners on your website.
Then visitors to your site will see the banner, click on it, and any purchases they make will
be credited to you. Other ways to promote the program include mailing to your opt in mailing
list, or newsletter, placing classified ads, and purchasing banner ad space, tgps and pic-post
pages. This doesn't just include on-line and traditional media advertising. You need to think
about how you will keep your visitors coming back, and this affects everything from the design
and technology through to the type of content and overall site maintenance. It's important to
keep the site fresh, so frequent updates are essential, especially on the home page.

|
How long does it take to get
website listed in search engines? |
This is totally dependant on each Search Engine. This can be
anywhere from 2 days on some of the newer search engines and up to 3 months on the more
popular ones. We have an extremely effective technique that will allow you to get listed on
Google and Yahoo in about 3 days to 2 weeks. It used to be about a 6 week period, but we have
noticed the Search Engines are slowing down. Be very patient. If you want to appear on a
Search Engine right away, your only other alternative is to pay that Search Engine their
monthly or yearly fee.
|
|
How will we update the site? |
Your site may contain time
sensitive data that needs to be changed, or maybe you would just like to give your visitors a
new message once a week, but whatever the case is, CyberForma will maintain your Web site
weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or any periodic time.
If you would like to update your site regularly
(more than once a week) we can negotiate a flat fee for all changes within a month.
